Great quirky old characteristic cottage beds comfy, clean, car parking was close-by and clean and secure.
No microwave!! Almost bought a microwave meal for our dinner.

Tea and coffee choices good, nice kitchen, toiletries beyond expectations. Bedding and beds very good.

Comfy bed, and products left for you to try in bathroom which is nice
There is nothing to not like about the cottage , the only thing I would say is the stairs are narrow and not very wide, so could be a little difficult for older or larger people to get upstairs ?

Loved the location, great for exploring North Laine area and everything we wanted to see was within 10-15 minute walk. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were great and it was nice to have a secluded outside area. It was a very cosy home from home.
Unfortunately the seagulls kept me awake on the first night and I didn't get much sleep, but nothing a pair of earplugs couldn't sort out! You have to expect some noise through original windows in an old cottage. Day of departure I was struck down with what we think may be food poisoning, and could have been from the water from the kitchen tap but I can't be sure. However I would recommend drinking bottled water just in case. I couldn't get comfortable on the lounge sofas either.
