Man hat einen wunderbaren Blick über das schöne Tal mit dem See, die Lage ist extrem ruhig, das schöne 900 Jahre alte, aber modernisierte Haus fasziniert mit einem besonderen Charme. Man hat alles, was man braucht, es ist großzügig eingerichtet, besonders die Küche ist mal allem Nötigem ( und mehr ) ausgestattet. Fanny, die Besitzerin, ist sehr freundlich und zugewandt. Man kann sich auf deutsch und englisch unterhalten, sofern man kein französisch spricht.
Im kleinen Dorf Civry gibt es zwar keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants, aber nach Poilly-en-Auxion sind es mit dem Auto nur 10 Minuten.

The house is big, warm, and very quiet — perfect for relaxing after a day in Dijon. It’s spacious, clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the garden area is really nice for spending time together. It’s a great place for groups or families.
However, there were a few small things to note. For this price, there is only one toilet for six people, which can be a bit inconvenient. Also, the sleeping area is more like one large open space with several beds and a sofa downstairs — not much privacy, and the sofa isn’t very comfortable for sleeping.
It was mentioned that there were BBQ facilities, but there wasn’t actually a grill available when we arrived — so we brought our own. The good news is, we left it there, so now future guests can enjoy it!
