Very disappointing

Nothing

It is nothing like the pictures. It does not have the best ocean view. It has an old building in front. It needs a lot of maintenance. It was dirty and you will see a lot of mold in the building. The shower was clogged. The bathroom window broken and hanging, they gave us very thin sheets full of holes. 4 cheap towels for 6 people. The toilet had a black, curly hair. They charged us 60 thousand pesos at the front desk that was not mentioned in the listing. We texted about the issues and they sent towels, that’s it. I am sure it was a nice place at some point but it’s rundown and needs A LOT of maintenance. Very disappointing.

5 / 10

Volveremos! 100/100
