Liked the quietness of the location which was within 3 mins walk to the tram (a good way to move around is to buy the Go Explore Card for $1.50/day for traveling in the Gold Coast region with buses included regardless of the distance). The flat is well laid out, with floorboards everywhere and top floor.
Some suggestions for food include Marie's Pizza, Joe's Famous Deli at Pacific Fair, Burleigh Heads Fish Monger (7 stops by tram from Broadbeach South stop) Milk and Marble rolled ice cream (one stop up by Tram or 10 mins walk north).

From the moment you complete the reservation, you are bombarded with numerous emails, reminding you that you cannot access the property unless you complete an online process, which is , to say the least, painful. You have to add ALL the details for EVERY adult going (in our case it was 4 adults), including uploading identity documents or passports for EACH one and providing a lot of other details as well for each one. You also only get the passcode to the lock box before the arrival, which means if you do not have internet at that stage, you will not get into the property. You also have to figure out where the car parking and lock box is located, because the complex has an interesting way of numbering the parking spots and even the properties - not linear at all. None of this is apparent before you already booked, so we went through it, but I would definitely not have done so, had I known about this cumbersome process.
