The location and apartment are great, but the owner and the landlord are very bad, we wouldn't come

I liked the location, the apartment itself is cozy

It was left very untidy, we had to wash the whole house, there was hair and other dirt in the refrigerator, the dust was not cleaned, you didn't even have to pull it with your finger to see its layer, the pans were greasy and scratched, in short, there was untidy everywhere you looked. We also found untidy bedding. We couldn't agree with the owner to return the money for the cleaning, which took me a couple of hours, because we arrived with a child, we didn't want to live like that. We also couldn't ask for an invoice.

I liked the location, the apartment itself is cozy
