Building and Room
The stay in Breakfast Room was my worst ever: the noise from Kitchen-Ventilstion is terrible loud all accross the big room, only topped by the very loud and low-quality musik speaker system. If for me as guest, than how bad and unhealthy must it be for your employees ??
The Loundry service was not professional: 1) Form wrong and unclear about return timing 2) Needed and ticked "folded" clothes but go them on hanger. 3) Partly not really clean !
Upon arrival realized booked wrongly at Marriot KL and despite asking for refunding till today not received answer !
