Incredible experience. Such wonderful and warm hospitality. Incredible food. Super fun traditional experience. Loved the whole thing - a true highlight of our vacation to Japan.

Het personeel. Zo aardig allemaal.

We loved the experience. The onsen was great, the food was amazing and the staff were top notch. Try to know at least tiny bit of Japanese, but you can get by with none because of the staff's efforts. If you can, take advantage of the Kamikochi shuttle, super simple system and its so worth it. We got to see a whole family of monkeys!!
There was noise below our room (maybe ventilation?) That shook the floor very slightly. But we solved it by changing the side I was lying towards.

Cibo medio
In generale struttura datata e con un odore poco piacevole, specialmente in camera. Futon sottilissimo e molto scomodo.
