The apartment was just as seen in the photos, clean and comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff, I must say.
. We booked 2 rooms, 1 room and my parents and the other myself, my husband and my child and we stayed for 2 nights. We unfortunately had 1 teabag, 1 sachet of Nescafé coffee and 1 milk. We were told we couldn't get any more than that when we asked for a resupply on the second. We were told that the resupplies were done every 3 days. I expected more in this area for the price we paid.
. There was a strong weed smell coming from the bathroom and although I made a complaint and one of the room cleaner checked and couldn't do much about it but mask the smell with a strong air freshener, which again wasn't that nice. I was very worried for our safe and more for my 1.5yr old. I have to say that even the corridors smelt of the weed. I was told that the smell was coming from the garden area, which was really sad.
We only got 1 towel in our room and 1 pair of slippers, even though we were a family of 2 adults and 1 baby. This was pre-book, so the hotel should have done better.
I loved everything about the place apart from the location and the few things I mentioned above.
