Great location and lovely space for our family to stay comfortably. The washing machine was a great bonus and thank you for providing detergent too!
It would be great if the accommodation could provide the free public transport card for the area as most other accommodation providers do and really helps with travel to walks etc, but the local buses and ferries are good, just expensive for 4 people over a few days.

Good location, nice flat, very clean. Air-conditioning was really nice.
Favorent (the property management company) never responded to any of my emails.
Favorent did not supply the guest cards on paper, as all hosts are expected to do in this area of Saxony. These guest cards give free local public transport. Two days after the start of our holiday, they send an email with the cards as an attachment, but this is not actually valid, because the cards need to be printed out. The tram conductor on the Kirnitzschtalbahn did not accept the guest card as an email attachment. Favorent refused to cover any costs for additional tickets we might have to buy, because our guest card was not valid.
No information was provided in the flat.
We had a problem with the washing machine, and Favorent did nothing whatsoever to help.
The staff from Favorent were very unhelpful on the phone.
