A fairly large and comfortable house equipped with AC, a hot water boiler, mosquito nets, a washing machine, and a fully stocked kitchen. Since it's a private property, there is convenient parking right in the yard. Although the exterior and yard are still work in progress, everything inside functions perfectly. We barely saw the neighbors during our 3-day stay. The host sent us key box codes and a clear driving video via Booking (which was very helpful given the narrow streets), and someone met us upon arrival to hand over keys and show us around. The village is tiny, so the beach is very close—it's scenic, uncrowded, with crystal-clear water. A very unique and pleasant experience staying in such a quiet setting!
Since it's a ground-floor private house, a few tiny ants occasionally made an appearance in the kitchen, and there was sometimes a slight drain smell in the bathroom. The neighbors have a pool, and you can occasionally hear the filter system running or water splashing at night. The house looks unfinished from the outside (looks like a second floor is planned), though this didn't bother us. The access road is narrow, unpaved, and rocky. The village has no supermarkets and only upscale, high-end restaurants. For grocery shopping or more affordable dining, you need to head to nearby Ston (a 5-minute drive or 25-30 minute walk). It's best to treat the two towns as a package deal for daily needs!

Casa pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort. La cucina è completa di tutto il necessario e la presenza della lavatrice è stata utilissima. Nota di merito per il parcheggio privato proprio davanti all'ingresso: una comodità impagabile. Consigliatissimo!

Mrówki faraonki, które weszły do walizek i trzeba było się pilnować, żeby ich nie przywieźć do domu. Brak widoków jakichkolwiek. Brak klimy w sypialni a jedynie w salonie. Warunkiem otrzymania kodu do klucza było przesłanie zdjęcia dokumentu tożsamości. Budynek w stanie budowy pierwszego piętra - parter to bardzo fajnie wykończony apartament, zamiast dachu strop z wymurowanymi ścianami, niedokończonymi jeszcze.
