Booked for one night: executive suite and deluxe suite.
They kindly upgraded us to villa with a private pool rather than the executive suite. This room was stunning. The deluxe suite was also superb with a king size and a double bed.
It has very few rooms but has a lot of facilities: restaurant area, outside bar area, seating areas, large infinity pool with spectacular views. Both the pools were the warmest we found in Sri Lanka.
Incredible value and would definitely recommend.

Breakfast was lovely - traditional SriLankan. We had the privilage of being the only guest present. So had the beautiful infinity pool all to ourselves. The whole property was beautiful with stunning grounds and views. Our room was very delightfully decorated.
The dinner was very average - not traditonal Sri Lankan food.

الموظفون جدا محترمين و يساعدون في كل شيء.. دايما الابتسامة في وجهم .. المكان جدا هادي للي يدور الراحه و الاسترخاء في الطبيعة.. الحوض الخاص جميل جداً

wunderschöne Villa mit besonderer Ästhetik, alles sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll ausgestattet, traumhafte Lage mit einem besonderen Garten und schönem Pool auf einem Hügel 7 km außerhalb von Galle
Kompetenz und Servicequalität der Mitarbeiter entspricht nicht der Qualität des 5 Stern Hauses
- beim Eintreffen mussten wir 5 min suchen, um jemand zu finden der uns eincheckt - es gibt keine Rezeption
- es gibt am Pool keine Handtücher und wir mussten immer mehrfach nachfragen um dann nach 15 min ein Handtuch zu bekommen
- es gibt keine Bettdecken sondern nur dünne Leintücher - auf Nachfrage bekamen wir ein zusätzlichen Leintuch, das nach dem Zimmerservice wieder weg war
- die Mitarbeiter sind sehr verhalten, können kaum englisch und wirken schlecht ausgebildet und geführt
- beim Frühstück dauert das Service ewig, man bekommt meistens etwas anderes als bestellt, Toasts sind manchmal nicht getoastet, der Tee kommt 15 min nach den Eiern etc
- die Reinigung kommt sehr spät, 1x erst nach expliziter Aufforderung, es gibt trotz Reinigung Ungeziefer an den Wänden
In Summe hat man das Gefühl kein willkommener Gast zu sein - es ist eine "getrübte" Stimmung spürbar - das ist so im Gegensatz zu unseren anderen total positiven Erfahrungen in Sri Lanka
