Great property layout, pool area and the owner / staff were exceptional.
Overall very nice, room furniture was a little sparse.

It's near to the beach and supermarket.
The staff were responsive to our requests:
They fixed the toilet and adjusted the AC to turn on automatically when the door was closed.
They also arranged a taxi for us.
Towels were changed every day upon request.
The room and bathroom were not properly sanitized.
The AC was very old and barely cooled the room.
Very poor breakfast: basic sandwich/plain omelet and terrible coffee.
The room was never cleaned during our 6-day stay, and the bed linen was never changed.
There was an unpleasant smell in the room.
Noisy neighbors, with no intervention from the staff to ensure basic quiet hours.
