Nuestra estancia fue perfecta de principio a fin. El hotel estaba muy cuidado y la habitación tenía todo lo necesario para estar cómodos: mini nevera, toallas limpias, productos y utensilios de aseo, y todo muy bien preparado. Además, queremos destacar especialmente la atención y la flexibilidad. El check-out era a las 12:00 y nos permitieron quedarnos hasta las 14:00, un detalle que agradecimos muchísimo. Las indicaciones y las contraseñas para acceder a la habitación fueron muy claras y todo funcionó perfectamente.
En general, no podemos poner ninguna pega. Todo estuvo impecable y la experiencia fue de 10. Sin duda, repetiríamos y lo recomendamos totalmente. ¡Muchas gracias por todo! ❤️

Entrada muy sencilla nos alojamos en la habitación Castillo, que aunque no tiene vistas al patio es súper amplia y cómoda. Acabamos perfectos y muy buena insonorización. Desayuno suficiente, no pudimos disfrutar de la piscina pero tenía una pinta espectacular.
Por decir algo no tiene ascensor y estábamos en la planta de arriba y llevamos el carrito de bebé, pero tampoco son muchas escaleras

Very calm. Easy check-in. Well equipped common areas. Supermarket at walking distance. I would return, no doubt.
The emergency light on the room is very bright. Talked about it with the lady and they will find a solution.
