Hosts video on how to get in was amazing and so helpful. The place really was a home away from home. Great location!!

The property is very neat and cosy, and it has all the necessary appliances, and most importantly it’s really well located in the heart of the main centre. Taxi dropped us off approx. 50m away from our apartment. And it was easy getting a taxi/ bus back to San Giovani station. We took the C170 bus to the station.
There was nothing to dislike.

Il soggiorno è stato penalizzato da alcune criticità:
• La doccia principale allaga completamente il bagno; la seconda ha lo stesso problema, ma il gradino impedisce all’acqua di uscire.
• Le giunture in silicone risultano scure e deteriorate.
• La pulizia non è adeguata: ho trovato una fialetta di collirio usata sul comodino, polvere sotto il divano e una moneta.
• Nel bagno non erano disponibili prodotti nuovi, solo articoli presumibilmente lasciati da ospiti precedenti.
• L’appartamento risulta piuttosto buio: la cucina e una delle due stanze affacciano sul cortile interno e ricevono poca luce, mentre l’altro lato dà sulla via.
• Abbiamo soggiornato due notti e una delle due è stata particolarmente difficile a causa del rumore: voci provenienti dalla strada e, soprattutto, i camioncini della raccolta rifiuti (vetro in particolare) hanno reso complicato dormire.
Il rapporto qualità‑prezzo non è giustificabile: il costo sembra legato quasi esclusivamente alla posizione centrale, mentre servizi e condizioni dell’appartamento non sono all’altezza della tariffa.
