Coffee shop and Woollies downstairs
As well as a bottle shop and Asian supermarket
The pillows were hard and quite high. We prefer softer pillows

Very modern
It took 30 min from arriving at the tower to find the keys, find the parking spot ( on level 6) , work out how to use the lift ( to level 49) and to find our apartment. On the way out it only took 20 min but it was not clear where we could safely leave the keys at 7 am Other than that it was fine. It would be fantastic to have access to a power point to trickle charge an EV Thank you.

The view was unbelievable. The staff answered the phone at all times and were helpful. The location was a 6 minute walk to Crown Casino, so very central. Cooking facilities, including plates, cutlery, kettle, toaster, stove top, washing machine, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and even milk were in the room. Woolworths was literally 30 seconds from the foyer door.
The couch was too low and in need of replacement, the carpets could be steam cleaned and or replaced or nice mats put over the top. The sliding door leading to the patio was very hard to open, luckily I didn't give up and I have fairly strong arms to finally pull open. One of the bathrooms needs the flush buttons to be properly fixed.

Location and proximity to the NGV was fantastic, check in and out was easy. Great location with the supermarket downstairs
Kitchen had crumbs and the stove was dirty, one of the rooms had a stained doona
