- Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist top - Das Zimmer ist sauber - Parkmöglichkeiten sind top - Personal sehr nett und freundlich - Lobby mit Essens- und Getränkeautomaten

- Der Lärm von der Straße -> Neue Fenster o. die Tempo 30 Zone auch Wochenende beim zuständigen Amt vorschlagen - Einrichtung wirkt sehr in die Jahre gekommen - Duschbrause ist kaputt und verkalkt - Duschkabine ist undicht und das Bad kann zur Überflutung werden - Viele Bohrlöcher im Bad, die nicht zugemacht wurden/werden (wirkt in Verbindung mit der Einrichtung so als ob wirklich nur das nötigste gemacht wird, maximal wenig Aufwand) (- Die Reinigungsfirma und das Personal für Check-In und Parkplatz sind die einzigen die sich Mühe geben)
