The location of Lifts West can't be beat. We were in town for a festival at the park and you are right there. Right there really for everything in town.

The apartment was clean, cozy, and nicely decorated in a warm wooden mountain style that perfectly matches the atmosphere of Red River. The kitchen was very well equipped, with plenty of dishes and useful tools, including a blender and baking dishes, which made it feel like almost everything you might need was available. The fireplace was a standout feature and created a very cozy atmosphere that we truly enjoyed. The location is excellent — just about a 2-minute walk to the ski lift, which was extremely convenient. Overall, the apartment felt comfortable and well-suited for a pleasant stay.
The booking and communication process was somewhat confusing, as the apartment was rented through a third-party management company rather than directly. We were often redirected between different contacts, which made resolving simple questions more complicated than it should be. The address listed on Booking was also incorrect, which caused confusion upon arrival — we initially went to the wrong location and only later found the correct address in a separate message. This could have been clearly provided in advance. The Wi-Fi instructions were also unclear and required extra steps that could have easily been explained beforehand. There were small inconveniences in the apartment, such as the lack of dish soap and sponge for washing dishes during a longer stay. Additionally, the fireplace setup was incomplete — although firewood was provided, there were no fire starters, and getting assistance required extra effort and coordination between different offices. Promised follow-ups, such as providing additional firewood, were not fulfilled. The shower handle was also quite stiff and not very user-friendly at first.

Staying in a condo is great because it’s a super small town. Bringing food to cook yourself it a great idea because options are limited
This condo charges a super high cleaning fee. I probably will never book through this again specifically because of this. They were very strict on cleaning prior to leaving and from a guest perspective I paid a hefty fee for you to do that.
