Spacious and clean. The reviews seem to be mixed, but we really enjoyed it. Definitely had an old office building feel but it was clean and comfortable and easy access to cheow larn lake.
Right on busy road which is loud but thankfully they provided ear plugs to help with the noise.

Very spacious villa. Enjoyed the games during down time. Great location to access Belong Jin restaurant and pool. The staff and the view from the restaurant are absolutely amazing. The food is great too. They helped us arrange our day out on Cheow Lan Lake which was jaw-droppingly beautiful.
