Nagyon jó, kellemes lakás. Centrumhoz közel, de nem egy hangos társaságnak való mivel a szomszédokat zavarja.

Jo elhelyzekedésű, centrumhoz közel. Jól felszerelt és csodálatos kilátás a teraszról.

Elsőre nehezen megtalálható. Hiába a megadott instrukciók, mivel nem az utca fronton van megtévesztő tud lenni.

Świetnie spędzony czas. Polecamy Makarską (najlepiej przed sezonem, jest luźniej).

Apartament nowy, świetnie wyposażony. Czysty. Małym minusem są pewne niedociągnięcia jak brak zabezpieczenia niektórych kabli ale ogólnie wszystko na plus. Zawsze znajdą się marudy, którym coś nie pasuje, dla Nas pobyt był niezwykle udany, polecamy.

Właściciel powinien nieco lepiej tłumaczyć dojazd. Chorwacja to Chorwacja - jest oznaczenie, że nie ma przejazdu a tu niespodzianka - trzeba wjechać w zamkniętą drogę żeby dostać się do apartamentu. Dobrze byłoby umieścić na budynku jakiś numer, dlatego że obok jest identyczny apartamentowiec i trzeba szukać swojego apartamentu.

Veľké sklamanie, podcenila som predošlé hodnotenie o čistote!!

Z jednej spálne ( kde sa dá nazvať manželská posteľ - bola o čosi väčšia - reálne pre dvoch, ale spala tam dcéra) bolo vidieť more, terasa je väčšia - dajú sa pohodlne rozložiť deky, plážové osušky, plážové topánky na vysušenie. Pozitívum by ešte mohlo byť, že je to novostavba - teda stavba by mala potenciál, keby sa odstránili nedostatky okolia, ale hlavne apartmánu!

Kľúče boli zapichnuté vo dverách, počas celého pobytu sme sa osobne nestretli s majiteľmi ( nevideli vôbec, ani doklady si od nás nevypýtali)- resp. s teamom Villy - ako sa nazvali. Po odchode sme znovu zapichli do dverí kľúče a napísali sme cez booking správu, že odchádzame. Správou - odpoveďou boli zdvorilí, poďakovali sa za pobyt, ale zrejme preto sa nechceli osobne stretnúť, lebo by sme ich museli konfrontovať s nedostatkami!! Jedná sa o apartmán č. 26, v jednej kúpeľni, ktorá je spojená so spálňou príšerne smrdelo - akoby zápach od kanalizácie ( priniesla som si odstraňovač smradu, ale ani to nepomohlo) - je to zápach spojený akoby s benzínom, a horšie bolo, že ten smrad prerážal do spálne. Môj manžel to nevydržal, od prvej noci prespával v kuchyni na rozťahovacom gauči, ktorý bol otrasne špinavý, nevyčistený po predošlom zákazníkovi. Po príchode, som 2 hodiny čistila apartmán, nakoľko nebol dôkladne vyčistení - upratovačke by som nezaplatila za "službu", ktorú odflákla. Všade boli čierne polodlhé vlasy, bolo to nechutné. Sprchový kút asi pri lištách nikdy nebol čistení, človek mal pocit, že ochorie. Ponúkané fotky nie sú realita - respektíve v našom prípade to neplatilo. V kuchyni veľmi málo náradia - náčinia, ani varechu tam nemajú. Radšej sme sa len vonku stravovali. Dosť nechutné je, že posteľ je plná prachu, a keď som to chcela odstrániť, nešlo to! Prach je nalepený z hora postele, lebo v živote nebol povysávaný :(( Odtiaľ mi padli guče prachu na povliečku vankúša - veľmi som bola sklamaná z nečistoty apartmánu. TOTO všetko sa však dá ľahko odstrániť - dôkladne treba poupratovať apartmán a smrad poriešiť nejakým technickým zásahom. To, že je okolie stavby nedoriešené - vytŕčajú stavebné železné drôty pri schodoch a pod. je to skôr nebezpečné pre rodiny s deťmi.
