We absolutely loved our stay here — a real hidden gem in a fantastic location, close to all the main sights.
We stayed in the ground-floor apartment, which is definitely worth the little extra. The private garden is beautiful, the apartment is cosy and tastefully decorated, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and air conditioning throughout. We hardly needed it thanks to the lovely evening breeze.
The location is perfect for exploring the area, and we highly recommend taking the boat to visit Menaggio, Bellagio and the other beautiful lakeside towns.
A big thank you to our nice hosts, Francesca and Mattia for a wonderful stay. We would definitely recommend this place!
One small note about parking: you can’t park directly in front of the house. You need to park either at the top of the road or further down, where there is a parking area. The lower part of the road is quite steep and a little tricky, so it’s easier to park at the top when you arrive, drop off your luggage, and then move the car to a suitable parking spot.

Our stay was incredible. The villa is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, we got the lake view overlooking the lake and it was magnificent. All the amenities that you could ever need were there, including some gifts from the owners, which was very sweet. It is a perfect stay for those who want to escape the city and spend a couple of days surrounded by peace and quiet. If we ever return to Como, we will definitely choose this place again.

The location was great, the weather was wonderful so we were able to enjoy the outdoor space. The managers were very responsive to any questions we had. The apartment was well stocked with appliances, and even included enough coffee for our stay. Really enjoyed the outdoor space just off the kitchen.
The furniture inside the house was not the most comfortable fortunately the weather was great so the four of us spent most of our time outside. It would have been difficult to spend more time indoors with the existing furniture. The furniture outside was adequate.
