Location is great if you have a moped and it is very quite. 2 mins drive from Saltwood (think influencer sunset dinner vibes) loveddd it here and El Kabron Beach Club (think expensive influencer beach club) There are 2 entrances - if you go north exit it cuts about 15 mins off traffic, instead of doing a big loop around. Facilities were great, we used the gym and pool table most days, and our private pool was nice, but it doesnt get much sunlight in the afternoon. Staff were very attentive. The restaurant food was excellent, very surprised! There are plenty of meals for breakfast to choose from - recommend the Royal Breakfast yummm. I would stay here again!! I was sceptical of some bad reviews, and not sure why, we loved it!
We only used the one bedroom upstairs, if you get 3 bedrooms, they are downstairs and it felt a little damp, maybe not much sunlight hits those rooms. The hotel behind the villas is not complete/abandoned, but many construction sites in Uluwatu are...
There are 2 old tvs, not smart tv... so no Netflix :( but you in Bali, go out and enjoy!

Villa is beautiful with private pool. Very spacious
No lobby, very limited breakfast options, location is not good. They charge u if any stain found on sheets. Which was pathetic.

Beautiful views and the room was super clean
The shuttle bus only going every two hours otherwise you had to hike down the massive hill to leave and the bed was super hard

Very good breakfast. Staff very friendly. Room very spacious, comfortable bed.
Villa pools only receive minimal sunshine. Many steps to reach accomodation.. Landscaping around property very poor. Whole property very tired and uncared for.
Woulld of given a higher rating except the Basil Fawlty drama upon check out when a miniscule stain was found on a towel, only visible with a magnifying glass. By the look of the staffs faces i thought it was jail time for us.
