Villa was delightful.
Grounds well kept.
2 pools so great choice

Would suggest they make the main pool children and the back pool which is lovely and quiet Adults Only.
Annoying when children arrive to play happily at one pool so you move to the other for quiet and more noisy children turn up at that one.
Happy hour could be a better discount and include bintang and wine and should go from 4-8.
Massage and facial techniques with better description and offering of facial products could be improved

The staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive. The breakfasts were yummy. The bungalows were clean. Gardens were well tended. We had a huge private grassed “back yard “. The roads to La Joya from the airport were very rough and narrow. The water view is pretty average. 2 pleasant pools. Great surf.
The drinks were way too expensive. We were charged extra for a banana.
Not much to do. The resort is on top of a cliff. Lots of steps down to the beach. At low tide there is only a very wide rock platform.

It was pure bliss! The staff were so friendly, the resort was beautiful and it felt like paradise.

Pool was great, staff was nice, and the place was very kid-friendly.
The room was dirty and outdated. No sink by toilet, shower got cold after 3 minutes, very hard bed, restaurant seemed out of stock on every popular dish. Also, breakfast included wasn’t good value.
Location-wise I’d say they have amazing sunsets and a decent beach nearby, but apart from that they have nothing else going on.
