loved the property, such a lovely place.
quiet, quaint and well maintained.
very clean and well presented, the owner very accommodating and let us leave our bags at the property as we arrived very early due to having car troubles we had to arrange a Taxi to take us.
without a car it's quite a walk into Matlock around 15 minutes and around 20 - 25 back to the cottage due to the area being hilly.

House was lovely and clean
There had been a dog in the house recently, which did set off an allergy.

Good location for day trips and kitchen very well equipped. Lovely decor throughout.
The courtyard area was in need of a little tlc (though appreciate the drought conditions caused the dead hanging basket and pots!) and was smaller than expected.
