La posizione , il condizionatore , ci ha lasciato gentilmente un paio di saponi vari molto utili , il phon per nulla scontato.
La porta di ingresso nel condominio non si apre per niente facilmente, la tv in camera non faceva vedere i canali del satellite e Netflix non si apriva quindi abbiamo proiettato dal telefono dal televisore, la doccia leggermente al buio ma funzionante al 100%.
Nella prenotazione c'era scritto il Victorio room che aveva dei servizi in piu , tra cui la cucina , ma ci siamo trovati ad avere la chiave della Emanuele room.

Good location, nice host. When we had problems with the gas cylinder to continue our cooking, they managed to change it on the same day. Very spacious apartment.
- The noise of the street is awful, the biggest problem of all. It feels like you’re directly on the street. We get it that the apartment is on a busy street, but the fact that the isolation is so bad is so disappointing. If you want peaceful nights for sleeping, this place is not the right choice.
- Lamps are not working near the bedroom.
- No towel rack (hanger) in the kitchen nor in the bathroom. We had to leave the hand towels somewhere aside.
- Dirty and old pans/pots for cooking
- Wet and mouldy walls in the shower, this must be repaired

Ottima posizione. Pur essendo a 10 metri dalla Via Vitt. Emanuele, la via della movida nel cuore di Palermo, abbiamo soggiornato al prima piano, in una camera silenziosa e ben climatizzata.
Ottima comunicazione e grande attenzione vs gli ospiti.
Bagno molto carino ma se fosse stato un pochino più grande sarebbe stato Top.
