Cool flat in the heart of town

Really well located, clean. nicely furnished and well equipped . As it was a basement flat it was cool and pleasant during recent heatwave

It served its purpose as we had to be in Harrogate for a wedding. I would not stay in this property again as although no

Good location in heart of Harrogate. Had outdoor space and dishwasher as well as other facilities you would expect when you are paying this amount of money (over £150 per night).

Although beds appeared to be clean, the apartment itself was not very clean. Lots of dust and dirty marks (cup rings etc) on some surfaces and dust bunnies in bedrooms. Fridge light was constantly flickering and there was no shelf in the door for milk or other bottles. Welcome note did not give any details of how to use the hob, which we found was locked, but eventually found a leaflet in one of the high kitchen cupboards. Heating came on full blast one afternoon out of the blue and there were no instructions on how to reset.

The shower needs a screen / curtain as the water splashes all over the bathroom floor. The tiles in the shower need a good clean to remove the black / mould. The slip prevention mat is also unclean. Apartment is on the small side for 4 people. It would be difficult to all eat together at the small table and there was only a two seat sofa. The fridge had spilt milk or cream in the salad trays at the bottom of it.
