sauber, gross, gute Lage, alles vorhanden
Staff gibt mir zwei Schlüssel ohne Erklärung und schickt mich zum Lift. Ist dann sofort wieder im Cafe am arbeiten und hat keine Zeit für Fragen.

La localisation correspondait parfaitement à mon attente : un environnement tranquille tout en étant proche de tous les sites incontournables de Hanoï, de nombreux restaurant aux pieds de l'établissement, épiceries... Les chambres situées sur le lac de l'Ouest permette de profiter un panorama merveilleux (sous réserve d'être situé au moins au 4 ème étage, sinon le feuillage des arbres cache un peu la vue, mais c'est très agréable aussi)

I had a fantastic stay at this place. The view of the lake was incredible, and the room that I stayed at was clean and it has everything I needed. I especially appreciated being able to do my own laundry for free. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they even assisted me in arranging transportation to Ninh Binh. I would definitely recommend staying here 😊
