Happy with the flat.

Nice location and very new place.

The shower door could not close completely, but otherwise the rest was very new and in perfect conditions.

Streets are a bit narrow and can be difficult to navigate if you arrive by car and have a large SUV type vehicle.

Beautiful property, well looked after and equipped. Read the directions provided by owner before you try to find.

Property was lovely, clean, well equipped and very comfortable.

Check in was a little stressful, very small street to navigate and a little hard to find.

El apartamento está nuevo y con todas las funcionalidades. En el piso de la planta que estuve, la 2, la escalera es ancha y el apartamento es tipo buhardilla con un toque muy moderno. Su ubicación está genial para visitar Úbeda, lógicamente al estar en el centro complica temas logísticos de llegada y salida, por ser una calle pequeña.

En nuestro caso contratamos el parking particular, que está muy cerca de la casa, pero la plaza de aparcamiento es infernal para entrar y salir al estar pegada a una rampa y zona de accesos estrechas. Menos mal que no aparcó nadie al lado para maniobrar. Respecto al checkin me pareció muy tarde para poder empezar a visitar la ciudad.

Limpieza, bastante sucio, menaje sucio, cojín del sofá lleno de manchas, plumas y pelusas por el piso. La puerta de entrada descolgada, así como la de uno de los dormitorios.
