Ubicación excelente. El apartamento se encuentra cerca de una de las calles más concurridas de la ciudad de Londres: Oxford Street. Además, en menos de media hora podías acceder a todos los lugares que uno espera visitar cuando plantea este viaje: Westminster, el Big Ben, Camden o el British Museum (entre otros). También cabe destacar que muy cerca había diversas callejuelas encantadoras con mucha variedad gastronómica.
Respecto a las instalaciones, el apartamento es un espacio pequeñito pero bien distribuido, que contiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días.
El personal ha sido encantador y en todo momento han estado disponibles para cualquier cuestión.
El colchón de la cama de matrimonio tenia algunos años. Algunas partes se hundían y, por tanto, hacían disminuir el confort.

We stayed in this apartment for two nights and had a really enjoyable experience. The location is excellent – convenient and well-connected, which made getting around London very easy.
Communication with the host via WhatsApp was outstanding – quick, clear and very helpful throughout. We especially appreciated being able to leave our luggage well before the official check-in time. This made organising our day so much smoother.
The cleaner who met us to hand over the keys was lovely – friendly, polite and professional. She kindly showed us around the apartment and explained where everything was. The place itself was cleaned to a very high standard and felt welcoming and comfortable.
We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to London and highly recommend it.
The only very minor point was the occasional slamming of neighbouring doors, which could be improved with door closers. Apart from that, everything was great.

Location, location, location - as they say. It’s in the heart of a lively neighbourhood and the perfect base for exploring the city. It also feels calm and safe. It’s by no means modern but has a certain charm. The owners seem pleasant and had clearly taken time to keep the place clean and comfortable.
Be aware that this is a basement flat, although it still gets a fair amount of light. The kitchen area is showing signs of wear and tear but that didn’t affect our stay.

Cleanliness
Rubbish and food lying inside the front door of apartment block and outside the door.
The bathroom is old and needs updated and overall the apartment needs a refresh.
It also needed a deep clean.
Shower was cold and we had to contact host to get the boiler turned on.
Area is good for restaurants and bars and convenient for transport but would choose somewhere else to stay.
