Comfortable large bed and pillows, large hydromassage bathtub, well-functioning air conditioning, Smart TV, large apartment, cleanliness, free ice and fruit in the fridge at reception.
Breakfast is a disaster, very little and supermarket cakes and what's worse, we were there 7 days and 7 days the same! I really expected more from a place like this. A large apartment, unfortunately you have to guess that it is in the basement, and what is worse, the windows are covered with a white sticker, so we did not see sunlight from the apartment for 7 days. Unfortunately, the reception on site does not speak English at all and even when I asked for a grande cappuccino, in Italian, I was assumed to be joking and was served that small cup of cappuccino again. And a strange situation at the end of the stay, it was raining and we were told that we couldn't eat in the dining room, we had to eat in the apartment, I don't know why...but I was in quite a hurry to get to the airport, and everything was a bit delayed.
