Basic, tissues in room were a good addition

I wasn't sure what to expect but there was the added bonus of a kitchen with plenty of equipment and food to use. There were labels on things in the fridge and cupboard that was labelled "please use" which was a lovely touch and everything was clean. The room was clean and had everything I needed in it. I was comfortable and slept really well that night. There was plenty of towels that you could use, the bathroom was clean and some lovely touches ie toothbrushes for you to use if you had forgotten your own. I liked the idea of sorting out my own breakfast and the option of extra to eat if I felt like it.
The way to the door could have been a bit nicer and it wasn't signposted at all that it is a B&B, I knew what it looked like as I had used Street View so I knew where to go before I got there. The shared bathroom, having to dress just to spend a penny but this is not a major issue. It would have been nice to meet the owner but I understand that people are busy and this is not always possible (just a minor quibble).
