The room was comfortable, well-equipped, and clean. The area is quiet and beautiful.
The location is excellent, and a parking space was guaranteed.
However, the service provided by Ms. Marketa left a lot to be desired. After the booking was made, she assured me that the door code would be sent via SMS the day before; yet, upon arrival, she was not answering the phone or responding to messages, leaving me waiting outside in the rain.
That is not how you treat customers; it is unfair.
She didn't even bother to come in person to explain the situation and apologize.
It showed a total disregard for the customer and a lack of courtesy.
It leaves a very bad impression.
