Tolles Zimmer mit bequemem Bett und tollem Bad! Interior super durchfdacht mit genügend Ablageflächen (vermisst man ja doch immer mal wieder in Hotels).
Das Hotelpersonal war äußerst zuvorkommend und super hilfsbereit! Das Frühstück war toll und man konnte sich jederzeit Wasser fürs Zimmer an der Hotelbar holen.
Die Lage ist ok, ein bisschen ab vom Zentrum (fußläufig aber noch ok). Zu Stränden muss man definitiv mit einem Auto fahren. Preis-Leistung würde ich als ok bezeichnen, ich denke, dass es etwas am oberen Ende liegt.

The positive: clean rooms, very kind staff (special mention to Ignacio who was so kind and so helpful and also to the teenager who checked us in and had to call the owner to ask for permission for us to put the cheese and ham we had bought in Cagliari market on that day. I could see he was doing his best for the food to be accepted in their lobby fridge.) Even if all that calling and asking for permission to lower the AC (which did not happen) and putting some food in a fridge made me feel like I was in a dystopian setting where buying a bottle of water was against the law.
I'm giving it six stars because even if the room was clean and it had everything you need, the policies of the hotel are so restrictive that they become a source of frustration and discomfort. There is a strict policy that says that there is no food or drinks even water allowed in the room. They do have a mini fridge filled with stuff that you need to pay for. There would be space for your food but they write that you can be fined with 50eur if you put your food there. I'm ok with any crazy policy you want to implement as long as it's clearly written everywhere. It's your property after all. But as the person paying for a service, I'm entitled to know in advance what am I paying for. It wasn't written anywhere on booking.com Similarly, there is a AC but the minimum temperature allowed is 23 degrees. It's only activated with the keycard in the room but since we were out most of the time we came back at night to our 26 degree bedroom. I booked this hotel specifically searching for AC and I was willing to pay more only for that reason. That's nowhere to be seen on their Booking.com profile either. What it is written is that they have free private parking which is not the case. There's free public parking, on the street, one street away. But it's not their facilities.
