Sehr freundliches und entgegenkommendes Personal. Immer hilfsbereit. Uns wurde an der Rezeption immer geholfen bei Fragen und Arrangements.
Das Bad ist klein und der WC-Bereich sehr eng. Das Bad allgemein ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sieht dadurch nicht sauber aus.

Die Zimmer waren gut jedoch hätte das Bad grösser und sauberer sein können.

Micul dejun a fost bun și diversificat, iar locația hotelului este foarte bună, aproape de principalele obiective turistice și de mijloacele de transport.
Din păcate, curățenia a fost sub așteptări. La sosire, podeaua camerei nu era curată, iar mizeria era vizibilă. Pe parcursul celor 7 nopți de ședere s-a ridicat doar gunoiul, fără să se facă deloc curățenie pe jos. Camera a fost destul de mică, iar în baie nu a existat gel de duș, fiind nevoită să îmi cumpăr singură.
