Très décevant et non conforme à la description

Malheureusement, nous devons vous faire part de notre déception concernant l'état de l'appartement. Nous avons rencontré de nombreux problèmes durant notre séjour : une importante présence de fourmis dans la cuisine et la salle de bain, une fenêtre des toilettes cassée laissant entrer des lézards, une chasse d'eau peu fonctionnelle qui se bouchait très régulièrement, une pression d'eau insuffisante dans la douche, de même qu’une eau chaude quasi inexistante… De plus, l'état de propreté constaté à notre arrivée ne correspondait pas à celui présenté sur les photos de l'annonce. Nous avons également vu un cafard dans la chambre. De plus, nous avons dû acheter nous-mêmes des sacs-poubelle, ceux mis à disposition étant insuffisants pour la durée du séjour. Et a notre arrivée, les serviettes de bain étaient toutes mouillées. Le petit-déjeuner était très limité et principalement composé de produits sucrés. Pour toutes ces raisons nous avons été contraints de quitter le logement avant la fin de notre réservation, cependant l’hôte a refusé de nous rembourser les deux nuits restantes…
