Great spot. Very close to the beach and the town.

Property was pet friendly. Location was fine and away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets, if that's what you're looking for. Phillip Island is small, so really does not take long to drive anywhere. All bedding and towels were provided. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash was also available should you have not brought your own (but we did). Basic coffee and tea supplies provided. TV worked fine, DVD player with some movies available as well as some board games and novels on the bookshelf. We stayed for 4days/3nights, 2 of those days were 40+ degrees, AC worked well.
General cleanliness of the house is poor to average. Very evident that it has not been professionally cleaned for a long time. House was musty on arrival, mould in the freezer, spider webs in the OVEN, range hood was filthy. Shouldn't've had to clean things before using them. Slow drain in the bathroom basin. Kitchen is not very well equipped if you are wanting to cook for a family/group. Property has great potential, but would not stay again in it's current condition.
