We wanted to stay in an a location closer to an actual neighbourhood that was not too touristy, and also met the needs of a family (5 beds, laundry, meals). Loved the location it was just nice and not too far from anything - either a short walk or a bus across the street, it was easy to access locations and get around. Also Matsuda san was really helpful to answer any queries so quickly and so helpful. Kids loved it and so did we. Highly rated.
Laundry room has space but limited racks for drying - ok for small amount of travellers but could be challenging for a family. But Matsuda san did tell me there are plans to upgrade it so ask if that is important for you. Not a dealbreaker tbh just fyi if this is important for you.

La struttura si trova in una tranquilla zona ma collegata benissimo poiché a pochi passi c è la fermata del pullman.
Abbiamo passeggiato e ammirato la bellissima Yokohoma rientrando a piedi la sera.
Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario in casa,anche la sala con lavatrice e stendi biancheria! molto accogliente e comoda.
Matsuda grazie per la disponibilità e per aver risposto subito ai miei messaggi!

部屋が広くて綺麗だった
Netflixが見れるのとポケットWi-Fiがあったのが良かった
エアコンが大きかった
建物の場所が分かりづらかった
写真に洗濯機があったが、どこにあるのか分からなかった（少なくとも部屋の中には無かった）
部屋の照明が昼白色で夜薄暗かった

Great location near the Yokohama international tennis club. Fun to stay in an actual Japanese house. Very useful to have access to laundry.
