apartment on the 4th floor without elevator, if you have small children or a disabled person avoid
A fost curat in apartament, doar in apartament
nu mi-a plăcut apartamentul, este situat la etajul 4 fără lift in situația in care noi avem 2 copii mici. acest detaliu ar fi trebuit obligatoriu menționat in anunțul de descriere nu sa ne trezim cu caruciorul copilului de urcat in spate pana la etajul 4.
in bloc , pe casa scării este o mizerie si un miros greu de suportat, totul este murdar pana ajungi la apartament. Paturile sunt foarte inconfortabile si gălăgioase.
La check in am primit email cu niște informații total greșite care ne-a împiedicat sa ne cazam decat după ora 18, inacceptabil asa situație, nu recomand.
Cheia de întrare in bloc am primit-o din alt loc decat cel de cazare( aproximativ 15 minute cu masina fata de cazare) in situația in care ușa era defecta si nu se putea încuia deci oricine o putea deschide
Cheia de la flat nu am primit-o cand am mers sa primim cheile, ar fi trebuit sa primim un card care sa e permită accesul in apartament sau un link care sa permită deblocarea ușii apartamentului dar nu, nu le-am primit, a trebuit sa sunam la numărul de contact de urgenta sa ne comunice un cod de acces la încuietoarea smart de la ușă apartamentului,
Din aceasta cauza accesul nostru in cazare a fost cu mult după ora 18, nepotrivit pentru oaspeți,
Părerea mea este ca acest apartament este potrivit pentru tineri fără copii sau cei care nu sunt însoțiți de persoane in vârstă sau cu dizabilități dar ei tocmai din acest motiv nu dau toate detaliile apartamentului in descriere ca apoi nimeni nu ar mai dori sa se cazeze in el.
