It is a gated community. So feels safer in the unit with all the necessary amenities like Washer, proper kitchen setup, TV and wifi etc with 2 bedrooms and one common bath and toilet
It is more of a Airbnb property. The host informed us on the day of checking in that we were shifted to the 3rd floor. There was no lift and it was disappointing as her unit in the first floor was rented out to another tenant. The second thing is that the windows in the unit are not properly sealed. As the property is on the junction of an important location, it was very noisy with all the cars and motor vehicles. Those that are noise sensitive, take note of it.
