A beautifully furnished 2-bedroom apartment located in a quiet residential complex with a limited number of rental units. Parking is available right in front of the entrance. The complex features a peaceful inner courtyard with a swimming pool and garden. The apartment has a smaller and larger spacious balcony, where there is a beautiful seating area with a view of the ocean. Due to the proximity of the airport, planes can be seen flying overhead during the day, though this is not at all disruptive. The black-sand beach of Los Cancajos is within walking distance (approximately 10–15 minutes). Restaurants and shops are nearby.
We enjoyed our stay very much. It is a convenient location for trips to the central, southern, and northeastern parts of the island.

Piękne położenie, cisza, blisko promenady, piękne plaże.
Mieszkanie nie zasługuje na 4 Gwiazdki. Jest stare, sprzęty zużyte, brudne. Wyposażenie kuchni skromne, brak zmywarki, szafki kuchenne w środku brudne. Łazienka nie pamięta remontu.Deska WC pęknięta przy przyjeździe, rozpadła się po kilku dniach. Toaleta dawno nie była myta Baterie łazienkowe w opłakanym stanie..Stale brzydki zapach z łazienki .. Łóżka w sypialni polowe. Okna i drzwi z rozpadającymi się uszczelkami. Mimo niskiej naszej wagi trzeba uważać na krzesła tarasowe, aby ich nie połamać. Na szczęście całe dnie spędzaliśmy zwiedzając piękną wyspę. Wieczory- na tarasie z pięknym widokiem na ocean. Mieszkaliśmy już na wszystkich wyspach, ale takiego brudnego mieszkania jeszcze nie mieliśmy. Nikt chyba nie kontroluje jakości .Nie polecam!!!
