Nie wieder bei dieser Vermittlung

Lage ok

Wohnung war bei der Anreise nicht gereinigt. Schmutzige Bettwäsche lag herum, alte Socken zum trocknen auf der Heizung, eklige Hinterlassenschaft auf der nicht abgezogenen Toilette. Voller Aschenbecker in der Nichtraucherwohnung sorgte für tagelangen Geruch. Nach telef. Beschwerde sagte die Vermittlungsagentur nur Sie würde eine SMS oder Mail an die Reinigungsfirma schicken die dafür verantwortlich wäre, diese würde sich irgendwann melden !? Innerhalb von 2 Stunden kamen auch 3 Reinigungsleute die alles soweit gereinigt haben. Es wurde von der Vermittlung nicht mehr nachgefragt ob alles ok wäre. Die Wohnung ist eigentlich gut eingerichtet und voll ausgestattet, aber leider im Schlafzimmer Schimmelflecken an der Decke und Außenwand!

Schöne, geschmackvolle Einrichtung - tolle Lage, da direkt an der Strandpromenade und trotzdem ruhig

Mir hat nicht gefallen, dass bei Anreise nur ein Bett bezogen war, obwohl ich eine FeWo mit 2 Schlafzimmern gebucht hatte (ich buche keine FeWo mit 2 Schlafzimmern, wenn es nicht begründet ist!). Die sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin in der Verwaltung vor Ort hat dann, nach dem 2. Anlauf, ein genügend großes Bettlaken zur Verfügung gestellt. Das weitere Bett haben wir dann selbst bezogen.
