Close to the city, very clean, lovely swimming pool.
The breakfast was very poor quality and not good value better to go to the bakery close by.

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos aquí para recorrer Bretaña, por varias razones: En primer lugar por la comodidad para alojar nuestro grupo de 3 personas en 2 habitaciones, con suficiente espacio y muebles para poner todas las cosas. En segundo lugar la limpieza, ya que todo está impecable. Por otra parte, el entorno es muy agradable, y se duerme muy bien ya que es muy tranquilo, además el coche queda en aparcamiento cerrado. Repetiría sin dudarlo!

Perfecte locatie als je een paar dagen in Dinan wilt verblijven. Ideaal appartement met twee slaapkamers. Erg ruim en schoon. Het zit in een verzorgingshuis, dat is apart, maar zorgt wel dat alles keurig verzorgt is. Naar centrum Dinan is ongeveer 15 minuten lopen, je loopt dat wel een steile weg op. Bedden erg comfortabel. Bakkertje op 5 minuten lopen.

Spacious condominium, with fully equipped kitchen. Electric charging station for car, many parking spaces.
1) we were “welcomed” by unflashed turd in a toilet. It is not just unsanitary but just disrespectful.
2) no one really speaks english, or even make ab effort to understand you. We tried to use translator but no internet before you connect to wifi in your room.
3) you should consider that this is seniors facility, so it has an inherent odour.
4) relatively far away from town centre.
