Very clean and comfortable. Very close to the university halls my daughter was in. Reasonable walk into the city although the area is not very desirable.
The check in was quite nebulous. An email prior to the check in time, say a day before to explain how it would work would have made it better. No human contact made it feel a little uncertain as to whether the booking was a scam. Also the £150 returnable deposit for damage was not made clear at booking. It contributed to the feeling of suspicion of being scammed. That said all check in was smooth. I haven’t received the deposit back yet.

Location, smell of food inside room from outside, duvet cover not cotton but velour which is hot and uncomfortable against skin
