Es un lugar pequeño en la prefectura de Kanagawa, un espacio pequeño pero muy acogedor. La zona está muy bonita y tranquila. Tienes que moverte por toda la Odakyu line para llegar a shinjuku. (No olvides visitar Yamato City)

This is a great place for one.person. We made the mistake of thinking two people could stay here, but I would say only if the two people are in their honeymoon phase would that work. What's really great about the location is that you are walking distance to anything and everything. Even a grocery store, Maruetsu, is only a couple of minutes away. Doutor by the train station provides free Wifi; its second floor is cozy and became my spot. Two malls are close by as well and provide Wifi. The owner of the apartment seems kind and responds in a timely manner to all concerns.
My dislikes would be that there is no Wifi in the apartment, and I found myself wishing the TV had subtitles so that I could understand the programming, and as I mentioned before, the place is too small for two people. There were a few minor fixes that the owner took care of once he was informed. So yes, I'd book it again as a solo traveler.
