Ahórrense un mal rato

No reserven, no respetan la tarifa pagada por aquí y contactarlos es un tema. Me escribieron por fuera para decirme que el precio anunciado estaba mal y que tenía que pagar en efectivo el restante al llegar al alojamiento (casi una noche extra), no estuve de acuerdo y pedí la cancelación del hospedaje sin embargo ellos nunca me buscaron y booking no los podía contactar, una semana antes de mi viaje logré contactarlos y me dijeron que la casa ya estaba rentada por fuera y que ellos no podían cancelar mi reserva (cabe recalcar que si yo la cancelaba perdía el monto total pagado). Al final me hicieron el reembolso por fuera pero mi reserva nunca fue cancelada y ellos NO me contactaron, pude haber llegado, la propiedad haber estado ocupada y yo sin nada que hacer con mi familia y mascotas. Su anuncio es sospechoso igual que su comunicación. Que me hayan cancelado con tan poco tiempo me dejó sin muchas opciones y con precios muy elevados pero encontré un hotel que se llama Maree a la orilla de playa y es 100% Pet Friendly
