Breakfast ok. Location convenient to Chonghua. Cleanliness. Security is utmost. Newly sanitized scent of the bedsheets and towels. Provision of water.
1.) Occasional foul odor in the elevator, it siphoned the gases from the nearby cr in the lobby. 2.) Disorganised Onyx restaurant, I reserved a table for 4, only to find out when I went up that they have an exclusive party, nobody informed me. 3.) Doors to exit stairs were locked, they opened them though when I informed the front desk. 4.) Fungus odor on throwpillows.

The staff were nice, at least most of them.
The room we were given was right next to the fire exit which was always open and reeked of sewers. The hallway at times smelled really bad that when you open the door, the smell comes in. The bathroom lock was broken and there was no hot water too. Their extra bed wasn't comfy, you can feel the springs and the blanket given was too thin so we had to ask for a thicker one. As for the breakfast, it was just ordinary and veeerryy limited.
