concept of keypad was good, if it worked properly on arrival. the decor was tasteful. i had everything i needed, except could have done with a couple more english breakfast teabags and a dishcloth/sponge to wipe the counter tops. Bed was very comfortable and apartment was quiet. The airconditioning needed to be on as without it the apartment gets warm however, i wonder when the filters etc were serviced for healthy clean bacteria free.
keycode didn't work on arrival had to make a call, and the call quality was hard to hear btw.
The wifi was good until late evening about 8pm onwards and specifically my windows laptop would disconnect. It wasn't the signal strength, it seems to be a routing issue. it would send my laptop timezone to brazil so whatever routing its doing it is shifting the exit door on the connection. possibly a proxy of some sort. not very assuring as this could also be a man-in-middle attack. I had no issues over android / apple devices.

Location is perfect for town centre. Very large suite with more facilities than most would need, including dishwasher and washing machine. Even some fresh milk in the fridge.

Very nice apartment, clean with everything you need but windows let noise in
Terrible location as no through road outside was populated by beggars, drunks and drug dealers also very noisy at night
Couldn't get into the apartment even though I paid for early check in
$$$$
