The location was great. The beds were super comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of wash basins, showers and toilets, though one toilet was so small you could not close the door when sitting on it. Hosts were very responsive to all our requests. Apartment was in a quiet street with lots of small supermarkets and bakeries near by. Lift was handy, though super small like most lifts in Europe. Stairs were easy to climb, when the lift was busy.
There was too much furniture and decorations in the apartment which made it seem crowded. Not enough room to spread out your luggage as it was so crowded with furnishings. Couch was super hard and lumpy - not relaxing to sit on after a long day out.

What a wonderful stay our party of 4 had at Villa Eiffel. It felt like we were living in someone’s Parisian apartment. Beautifully decorated, the stained glass windows were stunning. It was the little things like plenty of fluffy towels, pillows, robes and candles that really made the place feel like home.
Easy check in and great communication from the host.
Highly recommend Villa Eiffel for a Parisian stay.

Location was great, really easy to get around Paris. There were lots of nearby restaurant options. The guide book provided was brilliant, giving great tips for the local area and main sites. We tried a number of the recommendations and they were all wonderful. The apartment is quirky and feels authentically Parisian. Lift access and great air conditioning is a real plus. Would definitely return if visiting Paris again. Host was also great with communication and flexible with check in.
It’s not a standard layout and kitchen can be awkward, if your plan is to explore the city and restaurants this doesn’t really matter.

The location was close to the metro and in a quiet area close to shops and cafes. The area felt safe at night. The double bed was very comfortable. Nice touch to have a coffee machine . Lots of kitchen facilities and utensils .
We were disappointed with this apartment.The lift to the apartment was too small it only fits 3 people in max. You can’t say it has two bathrooms as one of the showers and sink was in the bedroom, with no privacy so not usable and the second toilet was far too small, it felt claustrophobic, so we were unable to use it. We booked this apartment as one room was supposed to have 2 single beds for my teenager boys, but they were squashed together and the design of the room didn’t allow for separation. The doors on the rooms would jam, so it was difficult for privacy. One night the people in the apartment above had a party, which kept us awake until 5.30am. The safe didn’t work and when we asked for the code it was still didn’t work. We were disappointed with this apartment, as it didn’t meet our needs, however it was in a good area.
