My room was beautiful, well setup, comfortable, and clean. The pool and garden view was amazing. The staff (Thando and team) was kind and friendly. The common area and furniture and the bar setup.
The trees and its falling leaves got my car very dirty. But at least I was moved to a different parking (I liked that). The bar didn't have mixers, and the breakfast could be better.

The quality of the bed, bedding and the electric blanket.
The bedding needs to be bleached to be white again. Although we booked for two, our room was prepared for one guest and we had to ask for another towel. The curtains have no block out and the outside lights shine into the room. The same person who checked us in, made the breakfast with a dirty top on. He did not wear an apron. The breakfast is very basic and we were asked once what we would like to drink and no one checked in to see if we would like another coffee. There was no juice or water to drink at breakfast and the cereal containers all only had a few spoons in. It really did not look appetising. We stayed here a few years ago and the service and breakfast have deteriorated greatly.
