I liked the size of the room, the big shower and bathtub. The projector was a fun add in and I spent a few nights watching my favorite shows (tho I have to say the projector was a little slow, but I figured him out). It wa since to have an elevator to transport luggage. The staff was also helpful on my last day and helped me get my luggage to the main street for a Grab pickup.
The room is located with great access to the major sites in D1. You can walk to the War Remnants Museum and Independance palace in around 15 minutes. The Ben Thanh Markets are just around the corner. Lots of nice coffee shops and food options in the area.
I would recommend this place for people that are in a lower budget but still want to treat themselves and have a nice space to retreat to after a long day out. It’s definitely simple but I had a great time and really enjoyed my stay.
I was expecting a balcony but only got a big windowfront. Not sure if I missed something in the room description there.

Its very close to the Ben Thanh Market
The room was smelly, the bed and sheets were very old and they smelled so bad that we left the room 1 day before out check out and went to another hotel. For the price yes its very close to everything but I cant compromise on hygiene. I request them to change the smelly bedsheets atleast. Also you have to go 3 floors by lift and 4th floor(the one we stayed) take the stairs and the stairs are very small and spiral so if you have bigger luggages its difficult carrying them. We couldn't even carry our small handluggage trolleys.
