The location was good overall. However, it is worth noting that although the property appears very close to the station as the crow flies, the actual walking route is longer than it initially seems because you have to go around via the bridge.
Cleanliness was a major issue during my stay. On the very first day, I found what must have been one of the largest spiders I have ever seen — right on the bed. Fortunately, I cleaned the room myself, because the housekeeping staff clearly had not done so properly.
When I informed the owner, their response was simply that the property is close to trees — as though that somehow makes finding a huge spider on a bed acceptable. Plenty of properties in Europe are surrounded by trees without having this issue.
I would also urge future guests to be cautious when interpreting this property's ratings. The owner asks guests to leave positive feedback publicly, while requesting that negative feedback be sent privately to them instead. Personally, I find this a dishonest and misleading practice, as it can create an artificially positive impression of the property.

This was a really good apartment! STUNNING view!
Its next to the campground but its super quiet and still very close to city centre and station. Only a 15 minutes walk, we even walked our luggages there too, slight hill but not too bad.
Nothing major, just could have more stock of toilet paper and extra pillows. The pillows were very thin, we prefer thicker and harder pillows.
The shower is a little small, maybe glass doors would be better than curtains to prevent water spills, but not the end of the world.

The view from the window is fantastic, and the environment is quiet. You can take a walk along the river in the evening. Highly recommended.
